Cancellation & Lateness Policy
Here at the Pacific Wellness Institute, we are committed to minimizing waiting times and maximizing the convenience of appointments times. In order to provide quality and timely services to all clients, our clinic enforces a fee for any no-show or late clients.
Please notify us of any change or cancellation of your appointment as soon as possible in order to accommodate other clients. There may be a cancellation fee applied for notice of less than 48 hours.
Cancelling or rescheduling appointments must be done during regular business hours with one of our trained front desk staff. We are unable to accept such requests via voice mail or email.
If you book within the 48 hour time frame, the policy is in effect immediately.
Policy Regarding Appointment Times and Lateness:
In order to fully benefit from your treatment, please arrive at least a few minutes prior to your appointment time. All appointments will end at the scheduled time. In the case that you are late, your treatment may be shortened so that we can keep on schedule for our next patients. If you are very late, your appointment may be re-scheduled. Appropriate charges for the late or missed appointment may apply.
