Many employee benefits run by a calendar year. Please keep in mind that insurance companies do NOT allow any remaining benefits to be transferred to the following year.
You may wish to check with your insurance provider if you still have unused coverage left for this year. Please consider our holiday schedule in December when planning your appointments.
Our office hours for the holiday season 2015 are as follows:
December 24th 9am-1:30pm
December 25th – January 3rd closed
We will re-open on Monday January 4, 2016 at 9 am and resume regular office hours.
