Spring is beginning to arrive!
To welcome the season, we have decided to celebrate with a sweet spring smoothie!
Something that brings to mind new budding flora, fresh air, mint green grass and times spent smelling the flowers.
We hope you’ll enjoy this fresh smoothie.
- 3/4 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/4 cup fresh mint tightly packed
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
Especially great in the morning to kick start your day.
(Often I’ll add 1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein or you can add a protein of your choice)
Just blend and enjoy!
