“One of the oldest and strongest healing tools, that is still implemented to this day, is human touch. It is amazing how such a simple technique can do so much for one’s well-being. In my personal experience, massage therapy has alleviated my physical and mental stress and helped broaden my body awareness; it has affected me more than I would have ever expected. It is because of these profound effects of massage, that I was inspired to pursue it as a career.
I gained my kinesiology background from York University and trained in the well respected Sutherland-Chan massage therapy school. During my massage training, I have treated seniors, expecting women, athletes, and people with various conditions ranging from work related stress, chronic pelvic pain to multiple sclerosis. Through my education and hands on experience, I strive to provide high quality care and service, and to make an impact on my clients by virtue of my everlasting inspiration... human touch.”
