Michelle, ex-smoker

My first treatment was March 1st, 2001 and I have not touched a cigarette since then. I did not suffer any side effects at all! No weight gain, depression, anxiety or sleeplessness ... on the contrary, I have more energy, better moods, better sleeping habits and (thank God) no weight gain.

I am very proud of the fact that thanks to the Pacific Wellness Institute and Dr. Tanaka I am no longer a smoker. I think that if more people were made aware of the fact that acupuncture is painless, quick and without side affect AND covered under most plans - there would be more people doing it!

When you add up the cost, along with the many inconveniences associated with smoking (i.e. many establishments are non-smoking environments now, smells, clothing, stained teeth etc.) - it's a wonder people still smoke at all.

The ONLY reason I am sending this information on to you is because 10 months and 16 days ago, I walked in to the Pacific Wellness Centre and walked out a non-smoker (yes, even me who has very little will power with regard to "vices" was successful!).

The key to success of course is wanting or perhaps recognizing that you do in fact want (or need) to quit.

I have 4 friends that I referred to the the clinic and all 4 have successfully stopped smoking.

Just some food for thought....

I also wanted to take this time to sincerely thank Dr. Tanaka for all his assistance in helping me become a "Non Smoker!".
