Here at the Pacific Wellness Institute, we are committed to minimizing waiting times and maximizing the convenience of appointments and treatment times.

Please help us keep time efficiency in our appointments in order to better serve you and our patients:

Cancellation Policy:

Please notify us of any change or cancellation of your appointment as soon as possible in order to accommodate other clients. There will be a cancellation fee applied for notice of less than 48 hours.

Regarding Appointment Times:

On average, your treatment lasts 30-60 min.  However, on occasion, your appointment may be delayed a few minutes or may last a few minutes past the full hour.  Please keep this in mind when scheduling your day.

In order to fully benefit from your treatment, please arrive at least a few minutes prior to your appointment time. In the case that you are late, your treatment may be shortened so that we may keep on schedule for our next patients.

Ideally, we recommend that you arrive 15 min early so that you may practice the prescribed breathing techniques in the reception area to better prepare your body for your treatment.
