 Massage therapy, shiatsu, reflexology, acupuncture, naturopathy and nutrition counseling are frequently covered by employee benefits.
If you have employee benefits, we may be able to
bill your insurance company directly for your
treatments (***subject to eligibility*** – click here for details).
In
case your insurance company does not allow
direct billing, you can send your receipts to the
insurance company and obtain reimbursement.

We accept new patients without a doctor's referral.
Patients are seen by appointment only. We are open Monday to Friday 10 a.m. - 7 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Acupuncture
Clients are seen by appointment only. An Acupuncture New Patient Form must be submitted. We will review your case, then contact you for a consultation appointment. Please refer to this page for details.
Shiatsu Therapy
Walk-ins and last-minute bookings are welcome, however we strongly recommend making an appointment in advance to secure a therapist and a convenient time.

Health Care Professionals:
Our goal at the Pacific Wellness Institute is to provide the
best complementary health care available by working in concert with primary
health care practitioners and other professionals. You have my assurance
that your patients will be well attended to and that they will benefit from
our treatments.
You will receive an acknowledging referral letter with my
treatment recommendations shortly after your patient's first visit. A more
detailed report of our findings is also available upon request with the
necessary release-form signed by the patient. You will also receive
periodic progress reports and a final discharge report upon completion of
treatment at my facility.

Pacific Wellness has an international reputation as one of

We are also happy to accommodate needs of travelers who simply would like massage therapy for muscle tension and stress.
Pacific Wellness is conveniently located at the corner of Bay and Bloor, in the heart of Toronto.
